Validity
These offers are valid for weekend stays taken between 1st November 2008 – 31st January 2009 (inclusive). Bookings must be made between 15th – 31st October 2008. This offer is subject a maximum stay of 3 consecutive nights for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
Availability
This offer is strictly subject to availability at participating hotels only. The prices featured in these offers are ‘from’ and as such may increase prior to booking depending on availability and demand at any given time. This offer may not be available at some hotels over the Christmas and New Year period.
Pricing and Hotel Charges
All rates are per room per night based on 2 people sharing a standard double or twin room with breakfast.
Each night of your stay will be charged in local currency, any conversions are shown as a guideline only. Local taxes may apply; please check at time of booking. All other charges such as mini bar, parking, telephone etc. are not included and must be settled on departure.
Up to 50% saving discount represents a saving from our Fully Flexible Bed & Breakfast prices.
Payment and Cancellations
Full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late checkout policy for weekends
Late checkout till 6pm is applicable for Minibreak checkouts on a Saturday or Sunday only. Please note that the local market defines the weekend and therefore in certain countries late checkout may only be available on Saturday. Late checkout at Hilton London Metropole and Hilton Coylumbridge is subject to availability.
Kids Stay & Eat Free Policy*
Stays for up to two children aged 18 years and younger are complimentary when sharing a room with an adult. A second room for children aged 18 years or younger is charged at 50% of the rate of the first room. At some hotels certain rooms may carry a supplement for families, please check at time of booking.
All children aged 10 years or younger are entitled to complimentary food and drink in at least one hotel operated restaurant, as designated by the hotel, when accompanied by paying adults currently staying in the hotel, for some hotels this applies for children aged 12 years and younger. Please check at the time of booking. Children are able to choose from the Children’s menu or will be served children’s portions; this also includes non-alcoholic beverages during the meal. These offers apply only to meals taken in the designated restaurant at lunch and dinner and do not apply to room service.
General
If there is any inconsistency between these offer details and the Booking terms and conditions, these offer details shall prevail.
*Exceptions:
The following hotels charge full price for a second children’s room: Hilton Coylumbridge, Hilton Dunkeld House, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort, Hilton Fujariah Resort and Hilton Mauritius Resort.
Complimentary kids meals offer is available for children aged 12 years and under in the following hotels: Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort, Hilton Fujariah Resort and Hilton Mauritius Resort.
Complimentary kids meals offer does not apply at Hilton Sorrento Palace or Hilton Prague Old Town. Hilton Prague Old Town operates the following family policy: For children aged 5 years and under there is no charge for breakfast, children aged 6-12 years will be charged 200CZK for breakfast.
